Wie Snapshots funktionieren
How snapshots work
Während einer Live-Show schreibt CamCue im Hintergrund alle 5 Sekunden einen vollständigen Schnappschuss Ihrer Session: aktive Show und Seite, welcher Button zuletzt gedrückt wurde, der Verbindungsstatus jeder Kamera, ausstehende Wiederholungs-Befehle und die jüngsten Ereignisse.
During a live show, CamCue automatically saves a complete snapshot of your session every 5 seconds in the background: the active show and page, the last button pressed, each camera's connection status, pending repeat commands, and recent events.
Das Intervall und die Anzahl behaltener Sessions sind unter Einstellungen → Recovery einstellbar (Standard: 30 archivierte Sessions).
The snapshot interval and the number of archived sessions can be configured in Settings → Recovery (default: 30 archived sessions).

Wird CamCue regulär beendet, wandert der Snapshot ins Archiv und kann im Reports-Bereich erneut geöffnet werden. Stürzt die App oder das System ab, bleibt der letzte Snapshot intakt liegen und CamCue zeigt beim nächsten Start automatisch den Dialog „Resume crashed session?".
When CamCue closes normally, the snapshot moves to the archive and can be reopened in the Reports section. If the app or system crashes, the last snapshot remains intact and CamCue automatically shows a dialog titled "Resume crashed session?" on the next startup.
Sie haben drei Optionen:
You have three options:
- Resume – die Show öffnet sich direkt im Live-Modus an exakt der Stelle, an der sie unterbrochen wurde.
- Resume: the show opens directly in Live mode at exactly the point where it was interrupted.
- Open in Editor – die Show öffnet sich im Editor, falls Sie vor der Fortsetzung noch etwas anpassen möchten.
- Open in Editor: the show opens in the editor if you need to make adjustments before resuming.
- Discard – der Snapshot wird verworfen, der Bericht bleibt aber im Reports-Bereich erhalten.
- Discard: the snapshot is discarded, but the report remains in the Reports section.
Alle Snapshot-Dateien werden atomar geschrieben; ein Stromausfall mitten im Speichern führt nie zu einer unbrauchbaren Wiederherstellungsdatei.
All snapshot files are written atomically; a power failure during a save never results in a corrupted recovery file.
