Creating and exporting
Wenn Sie den Support kontaktieren, hängen Sie das Bundle am besten gleich an. Sie erstellen es in Einstellungen → Diagnose mit einem Klick auf „Diagnose-Bundle exportieren".
When you contact support, attach the bundle right away. Create one in Settings → Diagnostics by clicking "Export diagnostics bundle".

Das Ergebnis ist eine kompakte ZIP-Datei mit dem Namensschema camcue-diag-YYYYMMDD-HHMM.zip. Sie enthält:
The result is a compact ZIP file with the naming scheme camcue-diag-YYYYMMDD-HHMM.zip. It includes:
- die jüngsten Log-Dateien (rollierend, bis zu 14 Tage),
- recent log files (rolling, up to 14 days),
- eine Kopie Ihrer settings.json mit automatisch geschwärzten sensiblen Feldern (Passwörter, Produktschlüssel, Tokens, E-Mail-Adressen und Lizenzdaten werden vor dem Verpacken durch <redacted> ersetzt),
- a copy of your settings.json with automatically redacted sensitive fields (passwords, product keys, tokens, email addresses, and licence data are replaced with <redacted> before packaging),
- ein manifest.json mit Zeitstempel und Version, damit der Support sofort weiß, mit welcher Build-Variante er es zu tun hat.
- a manifest.json with timestamp and version so support immediately knows which build variant they're working with.
Wichtig: Kamera-Streams, Show-Inhalte oder Hintergrundbilder werden nicht mitgesendet.
Important: Camera streams, show content, or background images are not included.

Die ZIP-Datei landet nach dem Export im Datei-Explorer (CamCue blendet einen Direkt-Link auf den Ordner ein). Schicken Sie sie über das Kontakt-/Support-Formular auf der CamCue-Webseite an uns: als Anhang, mit ein paar Worten zum Vorfall. Wir melden uns mit dem Befund zurück.
The ZIP file appears in your file explorer after export (CamCue displays a direct link to the folder). Send it to us via the contact form on the CamCue website: attach the file, add a few words about the issue, and we will get back to you with our findings.
